We have a well-established infrastructure that stretches over the vast expanses of 6 acres of land near bilaspurchowk (Haryana). Our integrated plant is streamlined with complete facilities for knitting, dyeing, processing and printing.

The technologically advanced machines from Korea and China enable us to meet the varying demands of the customers with precision. The other major asset that aids our manufacturing facilities is the in-house designing studio.

Manufacturing Facilities
Plant & Machinery
The Company has all the machinery required for manufacturing of Mink Blankets. Most of the machines have been imported from Korea, China and some of the machines have been acquired indigenously to facilitate timely and quality production.
Full power back up is supported by two D.G. sets of the capacities of 380 KVA and 40 KVA respectively. In addition, two Boilers, a Compressor, and adequate material handling equipment are also there to support and facilitate smooth functioning of manufacturing activities.
The Company has on its rolls some of the best manpower available in the fields of production, maintenance and management. The team is young, motivated, well experienced and capable enough to solve the all routine problems and achieve ambitious targets.
Marketing Network
The Company has an established marketing network all over the country comprising of distributors, dealers, and marketing agents. Over the last ten years, “HOME JEWELS”, the Company’s brand has been well received and has met a wide acceptance all over India. However, a modest beginning, despite a cut throat competition in global arena, the company has been able to export Blankets worth Rs. 2.0 crores during last few years. The management is planning to increase its presence in the international market through cost effective measures.
As said earlier, the company began its commercial activities in September 2006. Since then, despite all odds, infancy shackles, global recession and stiff international competition, the Company has consistently maintained the growth in its business. The following details prove this fact.
